摘要
分别采用嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌和中度嗜热西伯利亚硫杆菌对含钼量极低的钼尾矿进行生物浸出实验研究,考察了有菌体系、无菌体系以及不同细菌对钼尾矿浸出效果的影响。采用ICP法测定浸出液中的钼浓度,pH计测定其氧化还原电位,并对浸出渣进行了SEM、XRD表征。结果表明:当矿浆浓度为5%时,两种微生物浸出工艺均能处理极低品位的钼尾矿,细菌的存在有利于钼尾矿的浸出;西伯利亚硫杆菌对钼尾矿的浸出效果更好,浸出23d后钼浸出率达到18%,而氧化亚铁硫杆菌的钼浸出率仅为8%。
Experimental study was carried out on bioleaching of very low-grade molybdenum tailings with acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and moderately thermophilic sulfobacillus sibiricu,respectively.The influences were investigated of the presence and type of bacteria on molybdenum tailing leaching.Molybdenum concentration in the leaching solution was measured by ICP,and its redox potential was determined by pH meter.The leaching residue was characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that both the two bacteria bioleaching processes are effective for very low-grade molybdenum tailings of 5%slurry concentration.The presence of bacteria is beneficial to leaching of molybdenum tailings.Sulfobacillus sibiricu has better leaching results of molybdenum tailings,and its molybdenum leaching rate is 18%after 23 dleaching while acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans has only 8% molybdenum leaching rate.
