土荆芥精油对灰茶尺蠖的生长抑制作用研究

The Inhibitory Effect of Essential Oil fromChenopodium Ambrosioides L.on the Growth of Ectropis Grisescens Warren

采用室内生物测定方法,研究土荆芥(Chenopodium ambrosioides L.)精油对灰茶尺蠖的生长抑制作用。结果表明:土荆芥精油具有抑制灰茶尺蠖幼虫生长、降低化蛹率和降低后代产卵量等多种生物活性;土荆芥精油对灰茶尺蠖幼虫体重的影响明显高于对体长的影响,对4龄和5龄幼虫的体重影响都达到了极显著水平;对雌蛹蛹重的抑制作用强于对雄蛹的影响。蛹重和化蛹率均随着土荆芥精油剂量升高而显著下降,化蛹畸形率的抑制中剂量ED_(50)为1.5158μl/g,蛹重减退率的ED_(50)为6.5590μl/g。

The Growth Inhibition Effect of essential oil of Chenopodium ambrosioides L.on Ectropis grisescens Warren was determined by a room bioassay.The results show that the essential oil of Chenopodium ambrosioides L.has many kinds of biological activities,such as inhibiting the growth,reducing the pupae rate and decreasing the spawning amount of offspring.The effect of essential oil on body weight of Ectropis grisescens Warren was significantly higher than that of body length.In particular,the effects on the body weight of the 4th and 5th larva reached a very significant level.The inhibition of female pupae weight was stronger than that of male pupae.The pupal weight and pupal rate both decreased significantly with the increase of the essential oil dose of Chenopodium ambrosioides L.The ED50 for inhibition of pupal malformation rate was 1.5158μl/g,and the ED50 for reduction of pupal weight was 6.5590μl/g.
