155例初治POEMS综合征患者的骨髓细胞形态学表现

Morphology Manifestation of Bone Marrow Cells in 155 NewlyDiagnosed Patients with POEMS Syndrome

目的:研究初治POEMS综合征患者的骨髓细胞形态学表现。方法:用OLYMPUS BX51显微镜分类并计数155例初治POEMS综合征患者骨髓的各系细胞,并观察是否存在形态学异常。结果:浆细胞形态学正常率为83.9%(130/155),个别浆细胞异常率(<5%)为12.3%(19/155),明显浆细胞异常率(>10%浆细胞)为3.8%(6/155)。结论:大多数POEMS综合征患者骨髓中浆细胞形态正常,少数患者骨髓中浆细胞有个别形态学异常,极少数患者骨髓中的浆细胞有明显的形态学异常。浆细胞比例越高,越易出现更多、更异常的浆细胞。

Objective : To investigate the morphological manifestation of bone marrowcells in newly-diagnosed patients with POEM S syndrome. Me thods: The bone marrowcells in 155 patients with POEM S syndrome were classified and counted by OLYM PUS BX51 microscope,and the abnormal morphology of bone marrowcells was observed. Re sults: The count of plasma cells with normal morphology was 83. 9%( 130 /155),the count of plasma cells with abnormal morphology( < 5 percent) was 12. 3%( 19 /155),the count of plasma cells with obvious abnormal morphology( > 10 percent) was 3. 8%( 6 /155) in patients with POEM S syndrome. Conclusion: The morphology of plasma cells in the most patients with the POEM S syndrome are normal,the minor patients of the POEM S syndrome have little abnormal plasma cell morphology,the extremely fewpatients showed obvious morphological abnormality in the bone marrowplasma cells. The higher proportion of plasma cells,the more easily and more abnormal plasma cells will be found.
