摘要
目的:调查和分析中国南京地区部分汉族人群Colton、Diego、Kell、Yt等4个稀有血型抗原的分布情况,以解决稀有血型病人的临床用血问题,并进一步充实国家稀有血型献血者资料库。方法:随机选择南京地区符合《献血者健康检查要求》的2 015名无偿献血者全血标本,提取DNA,采用PCR及多重PCR的方法检测Kell系统的K+和Kpc+、Yt系统的Ytb+、Colton系统的Cob+以及Diego系统的Dia+b+、Dia+b-血型抗原基因。结果:在2005例献血者中筛选出K+基因1例;在2 015例献血者中筛选出Ytb+8例和Dia+b+100例、Dia+b-2例,未筛查出Kpc+与Cob+。结论:中国南京地区汉族人群中K+、Ytb+和Dia+、Dib+基因频率分别为0.0003、0.0013和0.0258、0.9742,在现有筛查人群中未发现Kpc+与Cob+抗原存在。
Objective : To investigate the distribution of Colton,Diego,Kell and Yt rare blood groups in Chinese Nanjing Han population,so as to improve the transfusion capability of patients with rare blood group and to further enrich the rare-blood-donor bank. Methods: A total of 2 015 blood samples from the blood donors were selected randomly to screen the presence of K + and Kpc +( Kell),Ytb +( Yt),Cob +( Colton),Dia + b + and Dia + b-( Digeo) antigen allele by using PCR and multiplex PCR. Results: Out of 2005 samples,1 case with K + gene,8 cases with Ytb + gene and 100 cases with Dia + b + gene,2 cases with Dia + b- were identified,while no Kpc + and Cob + were detected. Conclusion: The frequencies of K +,Ytb + and Dia +,Dib + are 0. 0003、0. 0013 and 0. 0258、0. 9742,respectively. They are very rare blood groups in Chinese Nanjing Han population.
