摘要
目的探讨单源双能量CT在分析体内泌尿系结石成分中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析50例临床确诊泌尿系结石患者的常规CT和单源双能量CT图像,观察结石部位、大小,与常规CT比较;通过结石成分分析软件区分结石中的尿酸和非尿酸成分。结果在常规CT扫描中50例患者共发现泌尿系结石111枚,单源双能量CT检查共发现113枚泌尿系结石,其中两枚常规CT未发现结石均为尿酸结石、小于0.5cm,单源双能量CT能清晰显示、标记。单能双能量CT分析共发现纯尿酸结石12枚,含尿酸结石31枚,非尿酸结石70枚。结论单源双能量CT在发现泌尿系结石、分析结石成分等方面存在优势,为临床医生更好选择结石治疗方案提供了一种全新的无创性的检查技术。
Objective To explore the application value of the single source dual energy CT in the analysis of application components in urinary stone.Methods The images of routine CT and single source dual energy CT of 50 patients with urinary stone were retrospectively analyzed and compared with results of the routine CT.By use of the stone composition analysis software,the compositions between uric acid stones and non-uric acid stones were distinguished.Results Of 50 cases,111pieces of urinary stones were found by the conventional CT scans,113 pieces of urinary stones was found by single source dual energy CT.Two of them were not found by conventional CT,which were uric acid stones and less than0.5cm.Single source dual energy CT could clearly display and mark the stones.Single source dual energy CT analysis found urinary stones,in which 12 pieces were pure uric acid calculi,31 pieces were stones containing the uric acid constituent,and 70 pieces were non-uric acid stones.Conclusion Single source dual energy CT has advantages in the urinary stone finding,stone analysis,and etc,and provides a new and noninvasive technique for clinicians to choose a better stone treatment.
