摘要
三阴性乳腺癌属于高度恶性的乳腺癌亚型。由于肿瘤细胞增殖和生长不依赖于雌激素、孕激素和人类表皮生长因子,因此激素受体阻断剂和人类表皮生长因子受体2 (HER2)阻断剂治疗三阴性乳腺癌无效。随着精准医学的发展,越来越多的新型金属纳米材料应用到三阴性乳腺癌的精准治疗中。金属纳米材料药物传递系统通过增强药物的细胞毒作用、光热消融效应、免疫改善作用、干扰肿瘤细胞增殖信号传导等作用抑制和杀灭肿瘤细胞。
Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a highly malignant subtype of breast cancer.Since the proliferation and growth of cancer cells are independent of estrogen,progesterone and human epidermal growth factor,hormone receptor blockers and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)blockers are ineffective in the treatment of TNBC.With the development of precision medicine,more and more new type of metal nanometer materials are applied to the precise treatment of TNBC.The metal nanomaterial drug delivery system inhibits and kills tumor cells by enhancing the cytotoxicity,photothermal ablation effect,immune improvement and interfering with the signal transduction of tumor cell proliferation.
