摘要
目的研究镉在不同动情周期对卵巢体外分泌性激素的影响。方法采用4个镉离子浓度(0、100、1 000、2 000μmol/L)和动情周期的4个阶段(动情前期、动情期、动情后期、动情间期)的两因素四水平析因设计,观察镉对卵巢切碎组织体外分泌雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)的影响。结果体外染镉可影响卵巢切碎组织体外分泌E2(P<0.05),尤其在动情前期,镉对卵巢体外分泌E2的抑制明显,而且呈现随剂量增加抑制越明显的趋势,但不会影响分泌P4(P>0.05)。卵巢切碎组织体外分泌E2和P4与所处的动情周期有关(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论镉在动情前期对卵巢分泌性激素有较大的影响。
Objective To study the toxic effects of cadmium in vitro and the estrous cycle on steroidogenesis in chipped ovary culture.Methods Two factorial experiments were designed to explore the influence of four dosage levels of cadmium(0,100,(1 000),(2 000) μmol/L) and four different stages(proestrous,estrous,postestrous,dioestrous) of estrous cycle on steroidogenesis in the ovary.Results In chipped ovary culture,effects of cadmium on estradiol secretion were significant(P<0.05),particularly at the proestrous stage,showing obvious inhibition on estradiol secretion with a dose-effect curve.Effects of cadmium on progesterone secretion were not significant(P>0.05).Effects of estrous cycle on estradiol and progesterone secretion in chipped ovary culture were significant(P<0.001 and P<0.05).Conclusion It is concluded that in this study,cadmium can elicit toxic effects on hormone secretion in chipped ovary culture at proestrous.
