以“考评”促质量 全面加强专业技术干部队伍建设

To Improve tke Quality by Assessing and Strengthening Professional Technical Cadres in All-Round Way

对全军专业技术干部实施任期考评，是军队建设的一项重大举措，是走科技强军之路的重要手段，它的目的在于促进专业技术干部综合素质的提高。为此，我院应从端正对“考评”的态度入手，努力解决“考评”工作中存在的问题，进一步调动专业技术干部的积极性，为实现我院“跨入全军同类院校先进行列”的建设目标奠定基础。

The term-assessment of professional technical cadres in the whole army is an important act in the army building as well as in the army strengthening through science and technology. And it aims at enhancing comprehensive qualities of professional technical cadres. Hence, a correct attitude towards the assessment should be taken so that some prob- lems in it would be solved. As a result, the enthusiasm of cadres will be -urther mobilized and thorefore a good foundation of realizing our institute's intention to become one of the best schools in the whole army will be laid.
