思想政治教育要在增强针对性和有效性上下功夫

Strengthening the objectireness and Effectiveness in political and Ideological Education

针对性和有效性不够是当前部队思想政治教育存在的突出问题。本文结合实际，从教育者和组织领导两大方面，分析了思想政治教育“投入与产出”不成比例、效果不明显的症结，并从端正指导思想、研究教育对象、提高教育者素质、加强组织领导４个方面提出了对策。

Lack of objectiveness and effectiveness is a serious problem in the army's cur- rent political and ideological education. In order to solve the problem, this article analyses from the educator's and the leadership's point of view the obstacles in the education, such as the unbalanced input and output, and the insufficient result. The paper also suggests the so- lution from four aspects:taking a correct attitude towards guiding ideology; studying the ed- ucational objects; improving the educator's quality and tightening up the organization and leadership.
