The Ability and Quality of the Political Cadre and the Training Way

为提高政工干部学员的培训质量，本文在实践教学的基础上，较系统地研究了政治工作干部应具备的诸种能力素质，同时就如何加强基层政工（短期）培训班的实践性教学环节，拓展培养途径等问题进行了探讨，旨在使我院的政工干部学员能力素质的培训上一个新台阶。

In order to improve the training quality of the political cadre,on the base of practical teaching the paper researches all kinds of ability and quality systemically which the political cadre should be provided with. At the same time,the paper inquires into the prob- lems how to strengthen the links in practical teaching of political training class and how to widen the training way,so that the ability and quality training of our political cadre can make a new step.
