军校青年教员思想政治建设要强化四个意识

Intensifying Four Sense in the Building of Ideas and Politics to Young Teachers in Army College

本文结合军校青年教员思想政治建设的实际，提出军校青年教员思想政治建设要强化首位意识、系统意识、合力意识和创新意识，认为军校青年教员思想政治建设要坚持政治方向领先、思想教育领先、师德培育领先的三原则，确立建设的总体目标、建设主线、建设重点和评价标准，并对军校各级领导和机关在青年教员思想政治建设中的地位作用作了分析，对新形势下青年教员思想政治建设的改革措施提出了自己的看法。

Combining with the practicality of the building of ideas and politics to young teachers, this paper brings up that we must intensify the sense of primacy, the sense of sys- tem, the sense of group and the sense of innovation when carry out the building of ideas and politics to young teachers in amry college, The author thinks that we must abide by the three principles which are politics direction ahead, ideological education ahead and moral of teacher cultivation ahead,and establish the overall aim, the main line, the key point and the valua- tion criteria of building,This paper analyses the status and roles of the leaders and organs of every branches in building of ideas and politics to young teachers in army college, and ad- vances some points to the ways of innovation of the building of ideas and politics to young teachers in the new circumstance.
