The hope of vitalizing nation lies in education. This article shows how to de- velop China's higher education, to train the qualified personnel for the cause of socialist and how to enforce the strategy of 'grow and flourish China's science and education' by enhanc- ing the quality of leading cadre, strengthening the construction of the teacher's morality and the education of quality.
