膀胱移行细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与膀胱移行细胞癌的关系。方法膀胱移行细胞癌组织制成病理切片后,采用SP二步法进行免疫组化染色,计算MVD、VEGF的表达。结果膀胱移行细胞癌患者中VEGF明显高于对照组,VEGF在不同的病理分级、分期中有不同的表达。膀胱移行细胞癌MVD高于对照组,且与膀胱癌的病理分级、分期有关。结论VEGF与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后相关。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) and transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC).Methods Detection of VEGF and MVD expression of VEGF and MVD were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of VEGF in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma group was significantly higher than that of the control group.VEGF was closely related to tumor cell nuclear grade and clinical stage.MVD in BTCC was higher than that in controls and related to tumor cell nuclear grade and clinical stage.Conclusion VEGF is associated with the development and prognosis of Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma.
