摘要
目的原发性高血压左室向心性肥厚时外周血淋巴细胞β2受体密度及心功能是否较正常有显著差异。方法正常对照组(CON组)31例,二维超声筛选出原发性高血压左室向心性肥厚构型组(CCH组)28例,测定2组心功能指标。同时进行放射性配基结合试验测定两组外周血淋巴细胞β2受体的密度(β2maxL)。结果①与正常对照组相比高血压左室向心性肥厚构型组左室舒张功能下降;高血压NG组收缩功能较正常对照组无差异。②CCH组β2maxL较正常组有显著差异(519±93.02,391.65±99.86 fmol/107Cell)。结论原发性高血压左室向心性肥厚时外周血淋巴细胞β2受体密度在较正常明显上调,心肌收缩功能改变处于代偿阶段。
Objectives This study was undertaken to investigate the changes on left ventricular function and the density of lymphocytes β2 receptor in left ventricular concentric hypertrophy geometric pattern(CCH) due to essential hypertension.Methods There were 28 patients of CCH and 31 healthy controls involved in the present study.Left ventricular geomtry and cardial function were studied by using two-dimensional echocardiogram.β2-adrenergic receptor density of lymphocytes was measured by receptor binding assay with H3-DHA.Results ① The diastolic funcfion was decreasedat the stage of EH,and the systolic function was nomal in NG subgroup.② The density of lymphocyte β2 reccptor was increased in CCH group.Conclusions β2maxl was increased in left ventricular concentric hypertrophy geometric pattern due to essential hypertension and left vetricular systolic function was in the compenstory stage.
