叙述为热轧窄带钢生产线开发的全液压自动化多功能小型卸卷小车的设计、结构特点及操作特点。该小车具有走行、升降、旋转和压紧钢卷等功能,设计结构紧凑、操作稳定、自动化程度高等优点,能满足不锈钢等合金钢热轧窄带钢的生产需要。
The design, structural feature and operation point were described of a full hydraulic and automatic coil stripping car developed for the hot rolled narrow strip line. With the functions of moving, lifting, rotating and clamping the coil, the device was compact in structure, stable in operation and high in automaticity, which could meet the requirement for hot rolled narrow strip production.
