The Analyze on SWOT and Countermeasure of Traditional Logistics Business Enterprise of Our Country

文章回顾物流在我国发展历程的同时,从两个方面说明了我国物流落后的原因;接着说明我国现有的传统物流企业的三种类型,在此基础上对我国传统物流企业进行SWOT分析,并从企业经营的角度提出了相应的对策。

Firstly, this article reviews logistics developing process in our country. At the same time, the article explains the reasons that caused the logistics undeveloped from to aspects in our country. Then divides those enterprises into three types, based which the SWOT analysis is made, and then gives countermeasure from the aspect of management.
