中国目前的经济发展情况与20世纪80年代相比,更具大规模实施管理层收购的(MBO)的条件,但存在一定的问题。因此,应从完善相关法律法规、职业经理人市场建设等发面采取相应措施,使MBO在中国经济发展中发挥其应有的作用。

We should take some measures through fixing the assets price, modifying the laws and regulations, building the markets for professional managers to make the MBO play the due functions in the economic development.
