摘要
在房地产开发过程中,有些风险因素是可以量化,但有些因素则不具备这个特征。这时就需要采用风险定性评估法,它方便灵活、省时省力。本文介绍了几种常用的定性预测房地产投资风险方法。
There are some risk factors that can be quantified. Otherwise, some others can't be. So we need adopt qualitative assessment of risk which is available and saving time. This article gives several qualitative forecast methods of risk of real estate investment.
