摘要
结合某公司大型自动化立体仓库系统(AS/RS)实施过程,研究了自动均匀出库的算法。通过分析自动均匀出库的相关因素,给出了自动均匀出库算法,算法主要包括获得客户优先级的算法、出库托盘序列号的算法、按巷道均衡距离优先出库的算法、作业优先级的算法。
Based on development and implement of AS7 RS in a company, the paper studies the algorithm of auto and even ex-warehouse. Analyzing the relevant factors, the algorithm of auto & even ex-warehouse is presented which includes the algorithms of client PRI, salver serial number, balanced lane distance first and ex-warehouse PRI.
