电针足三里对胃粘膜损伤家兔前列腺素E_2、胃泌素水平的影响

INFLUENCE OF ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURING ZUSANLI (ST36) ON PROSTAGLANDIN E_2 AND GASTRIN OF RABBITS WITH GASTROMUCOSAL LESION INDUCED BY ALCOHOL

目的 :观察电针足三里对家兔胃粘膜损伤后的细胞保护作用与PGE2 、GAS的关系。方法 :32只大耳白兔 ,随机分为 4组 ,即足三里组、非穴组、模型组和空白组 ,每组 8只。用无水乙醇按 2 35ml/kg灌胃 ,造成胃粘膜损伤模型。各组检测胃液、胃粘膜、血液中PGE2 、GAS含量。结果 :足三里组胃液、胃粘膜PGE2含量明显高于模型组、非穴组和空白组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。足三里组胃液、血清中的GAS含量明显降低 ,与模型组、非穴组比较 ,有显著或极显著性差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;胃粘膜中GAS含量则明显升高 ,与模型组、非穴组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针足三里对胃粘膜损伤后的细胞保护作用可能的机理 ,是由于提高胃液、胃粘膜中的PGE2 含量 ,抑制GAS释放 ,增加GAS在胃窦部的贮存 ,并具有腧穴相对特异性。

Objective:To observe the protective effect of electro-acupuncturing zusanli (ST36) on rabbits' gastromucosal lesion,analyze the relationship between the effect and PGE 2 and GAS,discuss the relative specificity of point.Method:Gastric mucosal injury model was induced by intragastric infusion of dehydrated alcohol.The content of PGE 2,GAS of blood,gastric juice and gastric mucosa tissue in each group were detected. Results:Levels in gastric juice and mucosa tissues in Zusanli group were all obviously higher than those of the other groups( P <0 05 or 0 01).GAS levels of gastric juice and serum were decreased significantly in comparison with model and control groups ( P <0 05 or 0 01);GAS levels of mucosa tissue in Zusanli group were all obviously higher than those of model and control groups ( P <0 05). Conclusion:All these suggest that the possible mechanism of cytoprotection of electroacupuncturing zusanli (ST36) was that PGE 2 levels in gastric juice and mucosa tissue,GAS levels of mucosa tissue were increased;GAS levels of gastric juice and serum were decreased.There was point relative specificity in the effect of Zusanli (ST36).
