中国经济发展方式转变综合评价指数研究

A Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation Index of Transformation of China's Economic Development Pattern

推动经济发展方式由高速度增长向高质量发展转变是适应新时代经济工作要求的必然选择。通过构建中国经济发展方式转变综合评价指数,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大新发展理念的角度,对2005—2014年我国推动经济发展方式转变工作进行定量化评价,发现全国和各省在推动经济发展方式转变方面取得了重要进展,也存在突出问题。未来推动经济发展方式转变,应更加注重提升创新的实际应用成效、协调物质文明与精神文明的发展、加强政府绿色环保政策的稳定性、加大对内开放力度、缩小城乡初次分配差距、注重五大发展理念的协同、提升重点地区重点领域的发展方式转变水平。

In the new era, it is an inevitable choice to transform the pattern of economic development from high speed to high quality. By developing the comprehensive evaluation index of transformation of China’s economic development pattern, we quantificationally evaluate the job of promoting the transformation of China’s economic development pattern over the years between 2005 to 2014. It shows that great progress has taken place while problem remains in the field of economic transformation for whole country and every province. Quite a lot of work has to be carried out in the future. We should improve the practical application of innovation, coordinate the development of material and spiritual civilization, strengthen the stability of the government’s green and environmental policies, open the domestic market wider, narrow the gap between urban and rural primary distribution, coordinate the five major development concepts and raise the level of transformation of the development pattern in key regions and areas.
