根据《2018年联合国电子政务调查报告》,从全球范围内来看,电子政务持续发展,电子政务发展指数达到"非常高"与"高"水平的国家数量均有所增加,但各区域发展趋势仍未改变,区域间数字鸿沟依然存在。在线服务提供水平不断提高、政府数据开放程度进一步深化、移动服务供给持续优化是目前全球电子政务发展的趋势与特点。回顾并审视近年来我国电子政务发展取得的进步,把握全球趋势并借鉴优秀经验,可总结出对未来我国电子政务发展的启示。

According to the United Nations E-Government Survey 2018, global E-government,from a global perspective, is developing continuously, and the number of countries with e-government development index reaching 'very high' and 'high' levels has increased, while the development trend of each region still unchanged, the digital gap between regions still exists. The continuous improvement of online service provision, the deepening of government data openness, and the continuous optimization of mobile service supply are the current trends and characteristics of global e-government development. By reviewing the progress and international rankings of China’s e-government development in recent years, grasping global trends and drawing on excellent experience, we can explore and summarize the enlightenment on the future development of China’s e-government.
