摘要
女市长是中国现代城市治理、地方政府改革创新与经济社会发展的重要推动者和领导者,是一个杰出的女性精英群体。本研究对女市长群体的年龄、职务、民族、教育背景、分管领域等基本结构状况进行统计整理,同时对领导力发展特色以及面临问题进行分析研究。研究认为女市长具有较强的领导效能感,领导风格呈现出柔性领导方式,性别角色认知与期待兼具女性与男性性格特质,成功归因模式具有典型的女性特质,家庭与事业的冲突、任用机制的模式化等是其心理压力的主要影响因素。
The female mayors, as a group of outstanding female elite, are important promoters and leaders of modern urban governance, reform and innovation of local government, as well as economic and social development in China. In this study, it analyzes the statistics of the basic conditions of female mayors,which include age, position, ethnic composition, educational background, administrative field etc, Meanwhile,based on the study of the characteristics of leadership development and the problems confronted by female mayorsin their work, it points out that female mayors have strong sense of leadership effectiveness and flexible leadership style, gender role cognition and expectation have both female and male personality traits, and the success attribution model has typical female characteristics. At the same time, the conflict between family and career, and the pattern of appointment mechanism are the main influencing factors which cause psychological pressure of female mayors.
