社会领域的安全是国家安全领域中侧重民生安全的一部分,防范化解社会领域重大风险是党和国家防范化解重大风险战略部署的重要组成部分,也是本文的主题。为了有效防范化解社会领域重大风险,本文对社会领域重大风险相关概念进行了探讨,对社会领域重大风险挑战及其原因进行了分析,从政治层面、战略层面和操作层面对防范化解社会领域重大风险的策略进行系统构建。

Safety in the field of society is a part of national security that focuses on people’s livelihood.Preventing and resolving major risks in the field of society is an important part of the strategic deployment of the Party and the state to prevent and resolve major risks,which is also the theme of this paper.In order to effectively prevent and mitigate major risks in the social field,this paper discusses the concepts related to major risks in the social field,analyses the challenges and causes of major risks in the social field,and systematically constructs strategies to prevent and mitigate major risks in the social field from the political,strategic and operational levels.
