Exploration and reflectionon Motivating Local-Government Cadres to Act Responsibly in the New Era

为深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、党的十九大精神,消除"为官不为"等官场弊病,激励干部新担当新作为,建设高素质、专业化干部队伍,新时代下的干部激励政策显得尤为重要。本文从新时代地方政府激励干部担当作为的背景入手,深入分析实施干部激励政策的必要性及所需注意的问题,并据此提出新时代下如何有效激励地方干部新担当新作为的具体措施,对其未来发展前景进行展望。

In order to further implement Xi Jin-Ping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is important to formulate incentive policies for cadres to eliminate the officialdom of indolence,encourage cadres to take on new roles and build new high-quality,professional cadre teams.Taking consideration it,this paper analysesthe necessity to implement incentive policies for cadres and some issues that need attention.Accordingly,the concrete approaches on how to effectively motivate local cadres and its prospect in the future are presented.
