促进初中生被动学习方式转变的实践探索

摘要 初中生学习积极性不高、不能保持长久的现状的根本原因是被动的学习方式。教师可以从"课堂教学模式,教育理念和管理方式,班级文化建设,微课、微视频的引入"四个方面做起,逐步转变初中生的学习方式,使其由"被动学习"转变为"主动学习",才能促进学生的不断发展。
