摘要
随着循证医学理念在医学研究中的逐年深入,系统综述与Meta分析的研究数量与发表文章也逐年上升。针对当前中文发表的系统综述存在的普遍问题,从循证医学的证据、系统综述的实施步骤以及影响系统综述(尤其包含Meta分析时)质量的主要因素3个方面,探讨系统综述的方法学关键问题,旨在发现研究现有的问题,期望为提高中文发表系统综述研究的质量有所裨益。
With the gradually deepening of evidence-based medicine( EBM) theory in medical research,the numbers of research on systematic review as well as meta-analysis and published papers were rising year by year in China. In this study,a Chinese published systematic review aiming at the current existing common problems,it probed into the key issues of methodology of systematic review from three aspects of the main factors of evidence based medicine,the implementation steps of systematic review and the main factors of quality of systematic review( especially containing Meta analysis). The aim of this study was to clarify the existing problems,and help researchers to improve the quality of future Chinese published systematic reviews.
