兰州市城关区老年人健康状况与健康需求的调查

Survey of health status and health needs of the elderly in Chengguan district in Lanzhou city

[目的]了解甘肃省兰州市城关区老年人健康状况与健康需求。[方法]选取兰州市城关区白银路街道300名年龄≥60岁的老年人为研究对象,采用自主设计问卷对老年人的健康状况和健康需求进行调查。[结果]共调查≥60岁老年人300人,资料完整285人,39.30%的老人因为疾病的原因导致运动障碍,同时38.60%的老人希望能够接受增强腿部力量、增强身体平衡能力以及增强身体灵活度的培训;38.95%的老人患有高血压,他们对接受服药提醒、血压测量、高血压知识、预防高血压等健康信息的需求较高。[结论]兰州市城关区老人的健康状况较差,高血压及运动障碍等老年常见疾病发病率偏高;健康需求较明确,集中于身体素质以及健康知识方面。建议有关部门应加强对老年人群的健康教育,定期定点进行健康知识宣传以及机能训练,满足老人健康需求。

Objective: To probe into the health status and health needs of the elderly in Chengguan district in Lanzhou,Gansu Province. Methods: A total of 300 people over the age of 60 in 10 communities in Baiyinlu Street in Chengguan district in Lanzhou were selected as the research objects. The health status and health needs of the elderly were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. Results: A total of 300 cases of adults over the age of 60 were included,among which,285 cases had complete data. 39. 30% of the elderly had behavior disorders because of the disease. 38. 60% of the elderly wanted to receive the training of enhanced leg strength,body balance ability and physical flexibility. 38. 95%of the elderly had high blood pressure. They had higher needs of health information such as medication reminders,measurement of blood pressure,knowledge of high blood pressure and prevention of high blood pressure. Conclusion: The elderly had the poor health in Chengguan district in Lanzhou,the incidence of common diseases such as hypertension and behavior disorders was higher. Their health needs were clearer,which focused on physical fitness and health knowledge. It recommended that the relevant departments should strengthen health education for the elderly,targeted health knowledge propaganda and function training on a regular basis to meet the health needs of the elderly.
