摘要
政治法在我国是否作为一个独立的法学门美素有争议。文章从辨析政治的基本概念开始,结合法哲学和政治哲学的基本理论,阐述了在中国特色社会主义法律体系中确立政治法的地位、加紧政治立法的意义;同时认为,在政治法研究中务必坚持马克思主义立场。
The conception of political law is not well known today.Based on legal hilosophy and political philosophy,this thesis deals with the status of political law as one part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characterilistics from basic conception of politics, and the significance of the making of political law in China.
