西藏参与“一带一路”建设不应轻视亚东通道

本文在梳理历史事实和对西藏各边境口岸加以比较的基础上,认为过于重视和依赖某一个口岸通道并不利于西藏用好用足国家"一带一路"建设的战略机遇,需要重视各口岸通道的共同作用。应重视亚东通道的优越条件和巨大潜力,并且争取国家层面推进中印关于亚东口岸全面开放的谈判,使亚东通道的巨大潜力尽快变成巨大优势。

Based on combing historical facts and comparing the various borders,the paper believes that too much rely on one port channel is not conducive to the full use of strategic opportunities and cooperation between porters.Much attention should be paid to favorable conditions and great potential of Yadong,and efforts should be made to promote negotiations on full opening of Yadong between China and India,and enhance the huge potential into a huge advantage.
