本期所载由两部分组成:一部分是欧阳无畏自尼泊尔返到西藏境内的最后山川地理述记,其所写札什伦布寺从西藏噶厦手中新近"收回"三个宗(县)之现状,属亲历珍贵的目击记;一部分是欧阳无畏每日孜孜不倦书写的《藏尼日记》,此为国内外首次公开刊载,字里行间披露了大量民国时期涉藏政治人物和历史事件的来龙去脉,一些历史细节价值颇高。此外,欧阳无畏还有史有据地将清朝中央政府在藏痕迹详加考证,如"前、后藏及萨迦各互不统属,西藏地方政府的命令,不能直接通行于后藏及萨迦所属之地。惟钦差大臣之公文,则全藏凛遵,无敢或违""钦差公馆尚保存完好,物在政亡,人事全非""自宗喀至萨噶之路的价值,为清二百年来驻藏官吏所忽视"。这些极其珍贵的记载,为我们呈现出1930年代前的西藏地方,价值日久弥坚。

This chapter divided in two parts.One part is the final geography situation from Nepal to Tibet,Ouyang Wuwei described that Tashilhunpo had took back three town from Kashag;The other part is A Journey to Tibetan and Nepal,which is the first public publication at home and abroad.He disclosed a large number of Tibetan political figures and historical events during the period of the Republic of China.Some of the historical details have very high value.In addition,Ouyang Wuwei also did some textual research particularly on the proof of management that Qing Dynasty Central Government in Tibet.Such as'Front and Back Tibet and Sagya each has no affiliation with each other,the command of local Tibet government cannot directly access to the region.Only the documents of imperial envoy can be implemented in the whole range of Tibet.''The imperial envoy mansion preserved well,the things are still there,but men are no more the same ones''The value of the road from Tsongka to Saga,which was overlooked for two hundred years by the Qing government officials'.Those precious records showed Tibet in the 1930s for us,which has timeless value.
