摘要
随着全面从严治党和全面依法治国向纵深发展,管理干部工作失误被追究的可能性不断增大。西藏和全国一样不同程度出现了部分管理干部不愿担当的问题,因此,西藏急需建立容错纠错机制。建立容错纠错机制是促进西藏经济社会发展的需要,是西藏管理干部队伍建设的需要,是保护西藏干部个人权益的需要。西藏建立容错纠错机制,要明确区分可容之错和必究之罪,要建立较完善的容错纠错机制,同时也要营造良好的舆论氛围。
The establishment of mechanism could meet not only the need of promoting the economic and social development of Tibet and the construction of Tibetan management cadres,but also the need to protect the personal rights and interests of Tibet cadres.To establish fault-tolerance and error-correction mechanism in Tibet and clearly distinguish between fault and the crime is significant.At the same time,our society should create a good atmosphere for the public voice.
