藏族格言诗为藏民族重要的精神文本和文学文本,具有较高翻译研究价值。本文系统梳理了藏族格言诗英、汉翻译史,全面分析了其翻译活动对西藏地区经济文化构建的重要作用。西藏是我国西南边陲重要桥头堡,宣传西藏文化对推进"一带一路"建设,加强我国与周边国家间友好关系,促进文化交流以及保持周边安定有着现实意义和战略意义。

As an important spiritual and literary text of Tibet,Tibetan Gnomic Verses possess a high valueof translation and research.Based on systematical introduction of English and Chinese translation history of Tibetan Gnomic Verses,this article analyzes comprehensively its important translation function to construct Tibetan economy and culture in different periods.Tibet is an important bridgehead on the southwestern border of ourcountry.Publicizing Tibetan culture is of great realistic and strategic significance in constructing the Belt andRoad,reinforcing the friendly relationship between our country and the neighboring countries,promoting culturalexchange and keeping peace with neighboring countries.
