高校创业基金运营机制研究

Operating Mechanisms of Venture Funds in Colleges and Universities

高校设立的创业基金,为大学生创业初期提供资金支持,在扶持大学生创业方面发挥积极的助推作用。通过对创业基金申报评估、创业基金进入、创业基金退出及创业基金的持续发展等四个方面全面剖析高校创业基金的运营机制,研究结果表明,高校创业基金应根据创业企业的成长状况以及进入方式合理确定退出时机和方式;通过高校每年自筹固定经费注入,引导校友、社会机构、用人单位捐资及创业成功企业的捐助等后续资金的持续投入,才能保持高校创业基金的规模,持续稳定地支持高校学生创业。

Colleges' venture fund plays active roles in financial support for students' initial stage of pioneering and innovative undertaking. In order to test the feasibility of the operating system,the research focuses on the following four points: the fund application appraisal,the input,the exercise,the withdrawal and the renewal. Research results show that venture fund should deal with the input and output based on the growth of the start-ups. Meanwhile,the sustainable development of venture fund should win support from different channels such as the input of self- raised fixed funds,donations from alumni association and other agencies.
