汉语言文学(非师范)专业的特质是人文性与工具性的统一,其优势是学科积淀、专业底蕴深厚,毕业生就业面较广;其不足是"专业出口"偏多,"专业度"不够高。这就决定了本专业必须"育心"与"育能"并重。本专业人才培养规格的具体内涵可从政治、思想和道德方面,知识、能力和专业素养方面,以及心理、生理素质方面作出分析。弄清本专业培养规格的具体内涵,不仅是确定其课程结构、课程体系以及各种课程学时的前提,也是确定各种课程的具体教学目标、重点以及教学行为的类型、教学方法和手段的前提。

The unification of both humanity and instrumentality is the main trait of Chinese Language and Literature(non- normal college) majors. Its advantages can be found in the profoundity of the discipline and the width of employment. Its disadvantages include more open in employment and less open in profession. From the above proposition it follows that the content of training standards should focus both on ' heart' and ' competence',which are also the premise both for the adjustment of curriculum structure,curriculum system and the timing of teaching and the setting of teaching objectives,teaching focus and teaching methods.
