略论高职教育行政化的弊端及其革除

The Change of the Malpractice of Administrationization in Higher Vocational Education

高等职业技术教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其良性发展关系人才培养的效益和质量。而近年来,高等职业技术教育的行政化趋势日益明显,并带来很多弊端。对此,只有彻底革除高等职业技术教育中的行政化倾向,我国高等职业教育才会健康稳定地向前发展。

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country,whose benign development has great effect on the efficiency and quality of talent training.But in recent years,there appears the phenomenon of administrationization in higher vocational and technical education,the malpractice of which has become an obstacle to the effective talent training in higher vocational education.Research has found that a thorough change of administrationization system is the precondition of the smooth and healthy development of higher vocational and technical education.
