摘要
利用江苏师范大学学生处公布的2013年9月-2014年4月期间的8期学风建设简报数据,结合"江苏师范大学2013-2014学年第一学期全校课表"、"江苏师范大学2013-2014学年第二学期全校课表"的课程信息和人事处公示的"江苏师范大学2010-2012年聘期考核结果汇总表"的教师信息,对江苏师范大学学风状况进行分析,结果表明,学风状况具有基于学生、教师和教学条件的差异指向性,其走向和状态是三者共同作用的结果,良好的师生关系、生辅关系以及教辅关系是学风建设的重要基础和保障,也是影响学风状况的关键因素。因此,在学风建设过程中必须高度重视三个主体(学生、教师和教辅)和三种关系(师生关系、生辅关系以及教辅关系),切实营造良好的学习环境,在遵守教学规律的基础上规范教学和教务管理,使教学和教务管理趋于人性化和合理化。
This paper made a thorough investigation into the learning atmosphere in Jiangsu Normal University.Research data are from the 8issues on learning atmosphere construction announced by Student Management Office in Jiangsu Normal University from Sept.2013 to April.2014,along with the course information from 'the school curriculum in the first and second semesters of 2013-2014' and the teacher information from 'engagement examination results from 2010to2012'.Research results show that the tendency of learning atmosphere relies heavily on the interrelationship between three subjects(students,teachers and teaching conditions)and three relations(teacher-student relations,student-teaching assistant relations and teaching-teaching assistant relations).The sound atmosphere created between the three subjects and the three relations should depend more on personalized and rationalized teaching and teaching management.
