摘要
"复盘式"评课是一种基于事实、基于合作、基于研究的新型质性评课范式。它克服了经验式评课的主观性,改进了定量式评课的繁琐,既有对教学事实的真实回放,又有对教学行为的溯源归宗;既有对教学过程的清晰审视,又有对教学改进的深度思考;既有评课者的他者立场,又有执教者的教者立场,因而能更加全面客观地反映教者的设计意图、课堂的真实面貌,执教者、听课者和评课者都能在议课、辩课中相互促进,共同成长。
' Recovery Disk' class evaluation is a new qualitative class evaluation paradigm which is based on fact,cooperation and researching.It overcomes the subjectivity of empirical class evaluation and the tedious of quantitative class evaluation.It not only playbacks the teaching fact,but also traces back to the teaching behavior;It not only has a clear way of looking into the teaching procedure,but also has a deep thinking on the teaching improvement;It not only holds the evaluation position of others,but also takes the position of teachers' position.In this way, ' Recovery Disk' class evaluation can truly reflect teachers' design intention and the real situation of the classroom teaching.During the discussion and debate,the teacher,listeners and the evaluators will promote each other and grow up together.
