从“插秧”到“直播”——小学数学实施生本课堂的理性探求 被引量:1

From "Transplanting" to "Direct Sowing" :A Thought on the Implementation of Student-centered Mathematics Classroom in Primary School

摘要 当我们把知识划分得十分细密,对学生提出十分细致的要求、把知识解剖得丁点零碎时,学生的思维反而被我们局限了,思维的含金量也大大降低了。长此以往,我们培养出的只会是复制品和依赖品,而不是富有个性和张力的"人"。这种教育无异于"插秧"式教育,既费力气,又不讨好。新一轮课程改革的实施,正试图把这种"插秧"式教育变革为"直播"式教育,教师从课堂的"中心"变成施肥、灌溉的组织者、引导者和服务者,这将有效地提高教育质量。 When knowledge is classified into fine grains and students are required to grasp the details of these fine grains,we are in effect in the position of preventing students from thinking holistically.The direct consequence of such teaching ideology is the abuse of students,that is,students will be changed into a replicator and a dependent being rather than a full man with his own personalities and independent thinking abilities.Such kind of teaching can be metaphorized as 'transplanting' in growing rice,which is time consuming and gains less.The new curriculum reform attempts to transform such 'transplanting' format into 'direct sowing' methods,which calls for a change of teachers' role from the controller of the classroom to the organizer,the guider and assistant in rice growing. ' Direct sowing' method has been proved to be an effect way to raise the quality of teaching.
