摘要
走特色化发展道路是当今中小学改革与发展的必然选择。借鉴儒家中和思想,可以通过致和课程建设形成学校致和教育特色,具体的创建途径是:注重以校园文化为核心的隐性课程的建设,彰显学校的"致和"文化特色;创新育人模式,彰显学校"致和"教育特色;开发校本课程,形成学校"致和"课程特色。
Keeping a school with unique characteristics is a must for current primary and secondary schools in their reform and development.Adopting Confucious harmony ideologies,primary and secondary schools can form harmony characteristics through constructing harmony curriculum.Constructing implicit curriculum by focusing on campus culture,popularizing harmony culture by highlighting school-based culture,innovating talent training mode by digging up educational features,and opening up school-based curriculum by exploring the curriculum features are the measures to be taken in harmony curriculum construction.
