Quality control technology of wet shotcrete for railway tunnel

使用喷射混凝土技术对隧道进行快速的加固,是一种防止隧道坍塌的有效方法.国内的隧道工程普遍采用新奥地利隧道施工法,喷射混凝土是其初次加固支撑的核心技术.为了提高铁路隧道湿喷混凝土质量,结合蒙华铁路坪桥1号隧道工程实例,就现场施工如何控制喷射混凝土质量进行了研究.通过对湿式喷射混凝土施工工艺及优点、施工问题及通病进行研究,大力推广选用先进的设备,采用合理的湿喷工艺,积极储备优秀的操作人员,加强对喷射混凝土施工过程操作规范的控制,严格化配合比、减少回弹,确保混凝土强度质量,使混凝土快速固结形成一种高密度、高强度的支护结构,为今后类似工程施工提供一些经验.

Shotcrete technology is an effective method to prevent tunnel collapse.New Austrian tunnel construction method is widely used in domestic tunnel engineering,and shotcrete is the core technology of initial reinforcement and support.In order to improve the quality of wet shotcrete in railway tunnels,combined with Pingqiao No.1 tunnel project of Menghua Railway,how to control the quality of Shotcrete in site construction is studied.Through the research on the construction technology and advantages,construction problems and common faults of wet shotcrete,we vigorously promote the selection of advanced equipment,adopt reasonable wet shotcrete technology,actively reserve excellent operators,strengthen the control of operation norms in shotcrete construction process,strictly mix proportion,reduce rebound,ensure the strength quality of concrete and mix it.The rapid consolidation of the solidified soil forms a high-density and high-strength supporting structure,which provides some experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
