高职院校卓越技能型人才培养方法的研究

Research on training method of excellent skilled talents in higher vocational colleges

针对高职院校发展要求,从创新的人才培养模式、课程体系与教学内容改革、实践课程建设、创立校企合作培养人才新机制以及卓越技能型人才培养的师资能力建设等方面出发,深入剖析了卓越技能型人才培养方法,从当前城市发展、新兴产业发展的需要及产业结构优化升级的需要等方面入手,深入分析了高职院校卓越技能型人才培养的必要性和紧迫性.研究表明:加强高职院校卓越技能型人才综合能力及职业精神的培养及学校实践教学建设等是高职院校发展必然途径,也是职业教育源源不断为社会输送卓越技能型人才的必然选择.

According to the requirements of the development of higher vocational colleges,this paper starts from the aspects of innovative personnel training model,curriculum system and teaching content reform,practical curriculum construction,the establishment of a new mechanism for cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate talents,and teacher ability construction for the cultivation of outstanding talents.This paper analyzes the training methods of the outstanding skilled talents,then analyzes the necessity and urgency of the training of the outstanding skilled talents in higher vocational colleges based on the needs of the current urban development,the needs of the emerging industries and the needs of the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Through these studies,it is an inevitable way for the development of higher vocational colleges to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive ability and professional spirit of outstanding skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and to strengthen the construction of practical teaching in schools.It is also an inevitable choice for vocational education to continuously deliver outstanding skilled talents to the society.
