曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效观察及对心功能的影响

Trimetazidine Treatment the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Effects on Cardiac Function

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月郓城县中医医院收治的冠心病患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组中60例患者应用常规治疗,观察组60例患者在常规治疗的基础之上应用曲美他嗪治疗。结果治疗前两组患者SV、CO、CI以及EF等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)同时观察组患者超声指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病的临床治疗过程当中,使用曲美他嗪有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and to observe the changes of ultrasonic parameters. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 60 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy. In the observation group,60 patients were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment. Results There was no significant difference in SVG COCI and EF between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Meanwhile,the improvement of ultrasound indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease,the effect of trimetazidine was better than that of routine treatment. The survey of patients' satisfaction showed that the observation group was superior to the control group,and the ultrasonic indexes of the patients had obvious changes. It is beneficial to the recovery of health of patients with coronary heart disease,and should be further popularized and applied clinically.
