急性心肌梗死患者中全程优质护理的实施

Implementation of Quality Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的讨论急性心肌梗死的患者,治疗过程中实施全程优质护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月东平县中医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规的护理干预,观察组则采用全程优质护理干预,比较其效果。结果观察组患者的有效率比对照组的高6.67%,同时观察组患者治疗后舒张期时间、E峰减速时间、最大流速以及舒张晚期最大流速情况明显优于对照组,另外观察组患者的满意度明显比对照组的高11.11%(P<0.05)。结论针对于急性心肌梗死的患者,实施全程优质护理干预的效果较为理想,能有效的改善患者临床指标,并缓解其临床症状,保证患者健康。

Objective On the patients with acute myocardial infarction,the effect of high quality nursing intervention was carried out in the course of treatment. Methods The number of patients in this study were 90 cases,hospitalization time of patients between March 2016 ~ 2017 March,the patients were divided into two groups were compared,the observation group and the control group and the control group with routine nursing intervention,the observation group used high quality nursing intervention,compare the effect.Results The effective rate of the observation group is 6. 67% higher than the control group,while patients in the observation group after treatment of diastolic time,E peak deceleration time,maximum velocity and diastolic maximum velocity was better than the control group,the patients in the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group 11. 11%( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Patients with acute myocardial infarction,the implementation of whole quality nursing intervention is more effective,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,and relieve their clinical symptoms,so as to ensure their health.
