参附益心颗粒治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压的效果观察 被引量:4

Therapeutic effect of Shenfu Yixin granule on patients with chronic congestive heart failure combined with pulmonary hypertension

摘要 目的观察参附益心颗粒治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)合并肺动脉高压(PH)的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月河南省人民医院收治的62例CHF合并PH患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各31例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,实验组于此基础上加用参附益心颗粒,连续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后肺动脉收缩压(PASP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)。结果治疗后两组PASP水平较治疗前降低,且实验组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后两组SV、LVEF水平较治疗前升高,且实验组较对照组高(P <0. 05)。结论参附益心颗粒治疗CHF合并PH患者有助于降低PASP,改善心功能。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu Yixin granule in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure( CHF) combined with pulmonary hypertension( PH).Methods A total of 62 patients with CHF combined with PH admitted to Henan People’s Hospital from January2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group,31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Shenfu Yixin granule for one month. Pulmonary artery systolic pressure( PASP),left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) and stroke volume( SV) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the level of PASP in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the level of PASP in experimental group was lower than that in control group( P <0. 05). After treatment,the levels of SV and LVEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of SV and LVEF in experimental group was higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Shenfu Yixin granule can reduce PASP and improve cardiac function in patients with CHF combined with PH.
