华法林抗凝治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血NT-proBNP水平的影响

Influence of warfarin anticoagulant therapy on electrocardiogram and blood NT-proBNP level in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨华法林抗凝治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血NT-pro BNP水平的影响。方法选择2015年9月至2018年12月胶州市人民医院收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组接受常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受华法林治疗,比较两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及血NT-pro BNP变化情况。结果治疗后两组LVEDD比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组血NT-pro BNP水平均有所降低,且观察组变化幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论华法林能够降低慢性心力衰竭患者血NT-pro BNP水平,改善心功能,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the influence of warfarin anticoagulant therapy on electrocardiogram and blood NT-pro BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Jiaozhou People ’s Hospital from September 2015 to December 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine anti-heart failure treatment,while the observation group received warfarin treatment on the basis of the control group. The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter( LVEDD) and blood NT-pro BNP were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEDD between the two groups( P > 0. 05). LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of NT-pro BNP in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group had a larger change range,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Warfarin can reduce the level of NT-pro BNP in patients with chronic heart failure and improve cardiac function. It has significant clinical application value.
