综合护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者负性情绪和生活质量影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察综合护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将92例老年CHF患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预。对比两组患者护理前后SAS、SDS和MLWHFQ评分,对比两组患者护理满意度评分。结果护理后观察组SAS、SDS及MLWHFQ评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对照组患者护理满意度评分为(78. 93±5. 54)分,观察组患者护理满意度评分为(91. 04±4. 96)分。观察组患者护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善老年CHF患者负性情绪和生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure( CHF). Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with CHF were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of SAS,SDS and MLWHFQ before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the scores of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and MLWHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction score of the control group was( 78. 93 ± 5. 54) scores and that of the observation group was( 91. 04 ± 4. 96) scores. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions and quality of life of elderly patients with CHF,and has clinical popularization value.
