稳心颗粒联合三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果

Effect of Wenxin granule combined with adenosine triphosphate disodium injection on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的研究稳心颗粒联合三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者的效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年7月武警总医院收治的58例PSVT患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各29例。在常规治疗基础上给予对照组三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液治疗,研究组于对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前后心电图指标(短阵室速数、室性期前收缩数)。结果对照组总有效率为75.86%(22/29),研究组总有效率为93.10%(27/29)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组短阵室速数、室性期前收缩数均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液治疗PSVT,可进一步缓解心律失常症状,提高治疗效果,且具有一定的安全性。

Objective To study the effect of Wenxin granule combined with adenosine triphosphate disodium injection on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods Fifty-eight patients with PSVT admitted to the PLA General Hospital from October 2016 to July 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,29 cases in each group.Adenosine triphosphate disodium injection was given to the control group on the basis of routine treatment,and Wenxin granule was added to the study group on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and electrocardiographic parameters before and after treatment(short ventricular tachycardia and ventricular premature contraction)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 75.86%(22/29)in the control group and 93.10%(27/29)in the study group.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of short ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contraction in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with adenosine triphosphate disodium injection in the treatment of PSVT can further alleviate arrhythmia symptoms,improve the treatment effect,and has a certain degree of safety.
