彩色多普勒超声检查在风湿性心脏病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:3

The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在风湿性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年5月在永城市人民医院治疗的100例风湿性心脏病患者的临床资料。患者均接受X线胸片检查和彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两种检查的结果。结果彩色多普勒超声检查对风湿性心脏病的检出率高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。X线检查仅检出病变瓣膜区及病变的严重程度,彩色多普勒超声检查可检出各个瓣膜是否狭窄或关闭不全、各心房和心室的容积、肺动脉内径等。结论对于风湿性心脏病,彩色多普勒超声检查较X线检查的检出率高,有利于早期发现风湿性心脏病。 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with rheumatic heart disease treated in Yongcheng People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent X-ray examination and color Doppler ultrasonography.The results of the two checks were compared.Results The detection rate of color Doppler ultrasonography for rheumatic heart disease was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).X-ray examination could only find the location and severity of the lesion.Color Doppler ultrasonography could detect stenosis or regurgitation of each valve,the volume of each atrium and ventricle,and the diameter of the pulmonary artery.Conclusion For rheumatic heart disease,color Doppler ultrasonography has a higher detection rate than X-ray examination,which is conducive to early detection of rheumatic heart disease.
