基于目标策略的针对性护理对老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者心肺功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响

Effects of targeted nursing based on target strategy on cardiopulmonary exercise compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure

目的观察基于目标策略的针对性护理对老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者心肺功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2018年9月胶州市人民医院治疗的78例老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者,根据入院时间段分为两组,各39例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受基于目标策略的针对性护理。比较两组心肺功能锻炼依从率及干预前后明尼苏达生活质量量表评分。结果观察组和对照组心肺功能锻炼依从率分别为94.87%(37/39)、74.36%(29/39),观察组心肺功能锻炼依从率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组明尼苏达生活质量量表评分均降低,观察组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于目标策略的针对性护理可有效提高老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者心肺功能锻炼依从性和生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of targeted nursing based on target strategy on cardiopulmonary exercise compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure.Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure who were treated in Jiaozhou People’s Hospital from July 2015 to September 2018 were enrolled.According to the time of admission,they were divided into two groups,39 cases each.Patients in ontrol group received routine care,and patients in observation group received targeted nursing based on target strategy.The compliance rates of cardiopulmonary exercise and the scores of Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale before and after intervention were compared.Results The compliance rates of cardiopulmonary exercise in observation group and control group were respectively 94.87%(37/39)and 74.36%(29/39).The compliance rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale were lower in both groups,and scores in observation group was lower than control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on target strategy could effectively improve cardiopulmonary exercise compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure.
